Rain Or Shine Forest School - Privacy & Release Information

In May 2018 the GDPR European Union Privacy Law came in to effect. In order to be fully compliant with this I am highlighting how I store and use images and how I store and use information related to those images. 

Information

• I have a list of the children attending the Forest School, the first letter of their surname and the date only of their birthday (ie the day, not month and year.). This information allows me to correctly name each photo and provide a password for you to access your images online. This information is not kept once the order process is completed.

• Should you order any images I will also have your email address. This will be used to communicate with you regarding the images taken at Rain or Shine but you will not be entered onto any mailing lists.

• You may request a copy of any of the data I have related to you at any time. You may also request that I remove any information at anytime.

Images

• Whilst processed photos taken at Rain or Shine are stored on my computer only, which is password protected. in encrypted folders.  Once edited they are stored by name only in encrypted folders.

• No location data is stored with the images.

• Images maybe used for promotional purposes across my website, my social media and printed promotional material.  These will be low resolution and/or watermarked images. They will never be associated with your Child’s name and no reference will be made to Rain Or Shine Forest School. You can withdrawn this consent at anytime.

• Images will never be made available to third parties.

• As with all photos that I take, images are stored for a minimum of 2 years and always on a password protected drive.
